Huacheng Bio has officially entered a new chapter with the formal establishment of its new company. On June 25, the signing ceremony for the Monk Fruit Deep Processing Project between Hunan Huacheng Biotech, Inc. and Yongfu County was successfully held. Yongfu County Party Secretary Yang Pucai, Deputy County Heads Tang Qingqiu and Lin Lin, and leaders from key county departments—including the Finance Bureau, Development and Reform Bureau, Natural Resources Bureau, and the Bureau of Science, Industry, Information Technology, and Commerce—attended the event, along with representatives from Suqiao Town. Company leadership, including Huang Huaxue (Chairman), Yi Deping (Executive Director), and Huang Min (Board Secretary), also participated. The signing of this cooperation agreement marks another major milestone in Huacheng Bio’s nationwide strategic deployment across the Monk Fruit industry.

 

 

A 120-Mu Base to Set a New Benchmark for Monk Fruit Deep Processing

The Yongfu County Monk Fruit Deep Processing Project will cover 120 mu and be constructed in two phases, with full completion expected within three years.

 

Closing the Deep-Processing Gap and Elevating the Value of the “Oriental God Fruit”

For many years, Yongfu’s monk fruit industry has faced a clear gap in deep-processing capabilities. The launch of Huacheng Bio’s project will revitalize local industrial resources, strengthen the regional cluster, and unlock new value for the monk fruit supply chain.
Huacheng Bio operates a fully vertically integrated monk fruit ecosystem—from seedling tissue culture and large-scale cultivation to extraction, production, finished-product applications, and the recycling of fruit residues into biological fertilizer. With the implementation of the Yongfu project, Huacheng Bio will introduce advanced extraction technologies, modern production standards, and established market channels, accelerating Yongfu’s transformation from a raw-material production base to a center for high-value monk fruit innovation.

Once completed, the project will generate significant local employment opportunities and raise household income, creating a model of shared value between government and enterprise. Huacheng Bio’s successful “Company + Cooperative + Farmers” model—already proven in Hunan, Jiangxi, Guizhou, and other regions—will continue to support growers and expand industry participation.
